    Very nice video, but perhaps more positive in the real estate area than in the retirement area. I've thought about retiring in India myself (I'm an OCI, living in the US at the moment), but I think two changes would make it a no-brainer. One is that India must stop taxing global income for OCIs. The second is that Indian health care institutions should start accepting Medicare. Unfortunately, without the first change, one's income will be decimated in India, to say the least, and the exchange rate that you alluded to puts just about every OCI in the top tax bracket. The DTAA is not great, so that's not a good option now. I don't think India will lose all that much by eliminating global income taxation, because the resulting influx of seniors will bring in sales tax revenues, significant spending and potentially investments, which could result in Indian income, which can be taxed. My sense is that the second change is a win-win situation for all concerned. Hospitals and other providers will see an increase in income, OCIs will be insured and ready to spend on India's world class health care - AND Medicare itself will save a bunch of money because the costs in India are so much lower - for now, anyway! Until then, it makes no financial sense to retire in India. Obviously, if there's something you know about this that I don't, I'd love to hear your thoughts - and everyone else's thoughts too, for that matter,

People need to know our History which has been deliberately twisted and wrongly taught by Historians and Convent Schools for the past 70 years, the Wrong need to be corrected apart from Economic development, lets Not forget our credible proud History, thanks to Social Media and National Leadership which was involved in appeasement of the Minorities earlier and kept us blind for decades for personal gains.

Like Adding locations of Tata, Birlya trimaya, salarapuria sattva development plans, esteem aerospace projects, IIBS college, KIDB, KHIR city and more. Can show the distance of all these locations to airport or devanahalli Mall of asia you've shown is too far from devanahalli. Cheers
