    Thanks, I been using lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in water, I find that helps me too, I've also learned its good for burning fats while you sleep so I tend to take it at night but I been taking it 3 times today because of a cold on the way.

    I make honey, lemon and ginger tea when I want to get rid of a cold. Thinly slice about half a lemon, thinly slice some ginger and then roughly chop (leaving the skin on as it is less faff), and then add to a big mug. Add one generous spoonful of honey, then boil a kettle of water, add to the mug, stir the ingredients and leave to steep for the minimum of ten minutes. The longer you leave this, the stronger the flavour. Even if you fall asleep, you can drink it cold, and it still tastes delicious. You can get 2 to 3 teas out of the same ingredients by topping up with hot water, if you are feeling frugal or lazy. 🤧

    Okay, the next time I'm coming down with a cold, I'm immediately trying this, especially since the holiday season rush can be hectic and I don't have time to be stuck in bed while my co-workers are struggling w/o my help with getting our fury clients done for the occasion 😅 great video and super helpful. The pepper part is definitely not my favorites ut willing to suck it up!!

    Wow you could literally hear the difference in your voice before and after you took the shot. Thanks ! Also my cousin is into these remedies and such and she gave me a bunch of garlic heads and raw honey and said to take that ? What’s your opinion on garlic instead of ginger ?

      Garlic is amazing for colds. I like to make a tea with ginger root, garlic clove, tumeric, honey , and lemon. This really works.

      Aw too bad! Still try the shot though, it will help you feel better. For the nose, I pretty much just rub coconut oil all over my nose to protect from all the tissues. Feel better :)
