Since these two damage dealers(Jingliu and Dr. Ratio) mainly utilizes debuffers like Pela and Topaz respectively, I feel like the new "Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters" relic set will be good at them as the effect stays consistent. Xueyi as a hypercarry is viable. I barely got into the 5 cycle mark in the first node but she works better in the second node. It felt smoother than when I used my Lunae team, funny enough.
