RT CHOCOS is a chocolate learning platform created with a labor of love and made out of curiosity to bring change in the Indian chocolate industry. The platform was envisioned by a passionate chocolate expert Ms. Aarti Sahni in 2013.
RT Chocos is the first chocolate institute in India that provides the best education to hone your skills via various channels and techniques. Some mediums include live demonstrations, free webinars, online and physical workshops, and a widely followed TH-cam channel. We focus on the recipe formulations and the science behind every ingredient and technique used in making a recipe.
We believe in the mantra that 'Every successful creation inspires you to become more innovative, and every failure teaches you to dig deeper to correct the recipe using a proper technique.'

Difference between Emulsion, extract and essence?
Emulsions: An emulsion is a mixture of two liquids that normally don't mix, such as oil and water. In culinary and cosmetic applications, emulsions are stabilized mixtures where one liquid is dispersed in the other. For example, in baking, a flavor emulsion is often water-based and can withstand higher temperatures without losing its flavor.
Extracts: Extracts are concentrated liquid forms of flavor derived from natural sources, usually through a process involving soaking the source material (like vanilla beans or almonds) in alcohol or another solvent. They are commonly used in baking and cooking to add flavor, with vanilla extract being one of the most popular examples.
Essences: Essences are also concentrated flavorings, but they can be either natural or synthetic. They are typically stronger and more concentrated than extracts. Essences can be used in smaller quantities to impart intense flavors, and they are often used in perfumes and culinary applications.
Each of these has a distinct use depending on the intensity and stability of the flavor needed in the final product.

In summers, AC is mandatory to cool down the chocolate. Otherwise you have to wait till winters.

Quantity is all depends on the footfall and the gentry. You should ask the organizer for the same and based on that you can keep your stuff. If this is your first experience then I would suggest you don't keep too much.

Keep only sample or tasting stock on the table rest keep your chocolate in thermal box covered with ice. And it is always better to book an AC hall( if available) specially during summers.
