I registered for the real estate course . I am versed in 3 of the 4 fundamentals. I need to learn about the " lending " I know of 3 under valued properties ,in what is referred to as the Hamptons of the north and can double if not triple in value . I was property manager for my parents at 18 years old. They held 13 properties and held on to them .

I have $170K in NVIDIA right now. I only got into stocks to try and make anything to help afford some medical infusion treatment that I need. I know it’s a risky game especially for someone like me who isn’t focusing hard on the market. I just don't want to make any wrong move. Do I hold or sell and buy back? When it comes to investment, diversification is key. That is why I have my interests set on key sectors based on performance and projected growth. @KenDunn I learned that I need to master 4 steps: find off- market properties to buy, raise funds/use OTM to acquire the property, renovate and create the most LIFT in the property value, and plan an exit strategy 🌟

Ken: prolbems to solve ahead: 1) shipping the gold from the mine to the broker (buyer, smelter etc) Here in CA years back Homestake had what was at the time, (80's-90's) worlds most productive gold mine, it is now closed and Homestake has now a contender for the top mine in NE Nevada. Any way brother in law worked there in the recovery lab for years here when it was operating, this is remote site for CA, small population town, two way traffic roads in and out and 1.5 hours from any type of city. Anyway the mine would actually (this is true bro) US post office mail the gold in "Small Priority Mail " boxes (if it fits it ships up to 60lbs USPS free to use Box. The key to it was to insure the postage box for the full value of the gold within, if it was lost or stolen the money was still yours. The cost of the insurance was far less than armored transport or a CEO or Top managment traveling with it, (using decoy package or not ) a risk to the CEO of robbery (set up by inside mine workers) or just criminal observers. Give it to the Post office and insure the heck out of it. We do same with simi precious gem stone mailing from our Turoquoise mines in Nevada to silver smiths all over the USA. Small USPS box insured for full value. To date have not lost one nor made any claims. best to you from one miner to another wes LadyLuckConsolidatedMiningCompany.

Interesting videos. Has the property already been drilled to locate the gold and give an indication of how much gold is there? From your other video you ran 100 yards for 2 ounces of gold. So roughly 1/2 a gram per ton. So although there may be 100 million in gold there it could end up costing more than that to extract and refine it. Did you have to do environmental assessment on the place and is this all permitted? It normally takes years to open a mine and get everything in place.
@@jefflaporte2598 we were able to cut down the timeframe significantly because we bought a mind that was already operating. So we bought the permits and everything else so that we could start right away. We are now in the application process for permits for new areas on site as well as we just finished drilling a major part of the property. If you watchepisode 10 you’ll see it’s all about drilling

i have some experience with small scale placer mining in bc ken, i will tell you now it is a pain in the ass to get permits from the bc government for placer mining it takes months sometimes years. if you havent already applied for your permits i can almost guarantee you wont have them by next year.
