This was a fantastic talk! Thank you! I will be adding some of your pearls/ summaries of conditions to my own lectures!
He sounds just like Sen. John Kennedy………….. 🇺🇸
measure the RR off of the waveform capnography. You can do that with BVM as well. You won't get a reliable CO2 level, but you'll get RR.
Such a great and clear presentation, thank you.
If possible one finger should be maintaining direct pressure while packing with the other finger.
Thank you very much for this program
Thank you! In medic school and appreciate these types of warnings. Hi from TN!
Had my Stop The Bleed twice and this is a refresher for me. So that, *if* , God forbid, such an incident happened I would be reminded of what I have learned. Thanks very much.
With this newer version of the iGel, if you insert the NG tube like in the video here, is it hooked up to suction if they vomit?
Thompson Joseph Jones Donna Thomas James
Love it!
Amazing information
Horrible medication
No lung or epigastrum auscultation after intubation?
Thank you for providing this training.
I have both WPW/AFIB+ "treated heart failure" (meds), and COPD diagnosed as severe. So yeah, having both, I have to use a walker if walking more than a total of 200-300 feet, so I can sit down, as I'll be out of breath AND "weak in the knees (legs)". I am also using (prescribed) Oxygen.
one of the best instructive and review videos I've seen
to the point and not full of fluff
it's that easy! 😂
Very.nice.video
Amazing info
Thank you for this, this is extremely helpful.
I thought I was wheezing 😅
I have chronic heart failier
There are some incorrect statements in this video. Older adults with AST are not so obvious to spot. And boys are diagnosed much more than girls because girls present differently and they can also really well in social situations. Boys not as much so girls are under diagnosed it’s not that there are more boys being born with autism. There are just less girls being recognized as having autism. I have ASD and I am 61 many times when someone is treating me badly or being condescending I start to feel stressed and escalate. I can start to make some pretty sarcastic and cutting comments when there is an injustice of some kind. My mouth gets me in trouble sometimes because, I wasn’t allowed to speak out when I was younger now I will. It is not against the law to say how you feel. No police officers should put their hands on another person aggressively that is already mentally stressed and is no threat to others.

With the Rouse I feel like it sounds like moving their clothes. So make sure clothes aren't in the way?
Wow 😮❤❤
Very helpful!
Remember, gauze on top of gauze (when it bleeds through).
You got I have so shut up you haven't got a clue you idiots go do road sweeping
This makes sense, thank you! but when that PEEP dial is being used on a CPAP, is it doing the same thing? wouldn't the lungs just explode?
I took a Stop The Bleed course several years ago. This was a fantastic refresher. Thank you!

You're right, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!
This is a great video to explain this. I have seen and heard about this method but didn't know the name.
Most images, videos and pathologies show infant dx. and tx. yet subject matter is titled pediatrics. I came looking for material supporting 8-12. Consider changing title.
❤❤❤
very nice
Oh hey I made that graphic on different retraction locations. I'm glad to see it's getting good use!
Thank you! 41 years old and very fit in great shape but I have cardiac sarcoidosis in remission, defib pacemaker and severe heart failure but i’m doing ok. Learning what might be in my future.
How long can a patient survive with vad
Thank you Excellent presentation.
Thank you so much!
Thank you
Is this safe to take with blood pressure meds and Xanax?
Yes
Thank you💯
Out of all of the channels to make radio content, I was not expecting my own damn county to have a video on this.
I realize this video is reportedly 8 yrs old as of today 11/28/23 but as a seasoned but retired cardiology nurse specialist who spent years & years teaching medical staff, i.e. Physicians, Nurses ancillary staff in critical care therapies, I’d like to suggest the title is changed here. If this video’s target was the CHF PATIENT/Family it’s far too technical but also, the slides are shown too fast. I hope in the past 8 years, there are changes to improve understanding & application. Edit: who is the target audience? If medical staff using repeated abbreviations is still not a great idea.
