Oshawa is the dirtiest and most least affordable city as if people have $700,000 lying around in their bank account for a house in this day and age not to mention the crime rates here the amount of homeless people dirty streets sewers that constantly smell of bodily fluids. It's a gross city. I don't recommend living here

As to transportation, you do need a car to get around unless you have a lot of time standing by the road side.

I live in Uxbridge, I do not recognize most of the shopping pictures, there is no lakefront either. By the way, it’s a very nice small town.

So I think there's something wrong here, PDI inspection stand for PreDeliveryInspection inspection. In the Netherlands people also have a way of saying "APK keuring" which stands for "Algemene Periodieke keuring keuring". But you should just say APK or PDI. ;)
