Неплохо. Мне кажется область над верхней губой находится слишком глубоко, я бы пододвинул чуть ближе к кончику носа. Также глаза кажутся большими, хотя я не уверен.

Hello, for advice you might want to spend more time in low res and use more references. Female faces are hard but with practice it is doable! Keep it going and you will like your results.

It looks like you picked up a few useful tips from other streamers and video's which is good. Use lots of reference. Start low poly, build your foundations, refine and sub-divide. Turning off perspective can help because some tools are reliant on the cameras orientation, but use perspective to check your work.
