can you make a collapsible core drawing for me?
No for all purpose.. for small guid piller mould this product is ok... but for longer ones this wont work...

What is the minimum inside diiameter?
Smallest we make is a 6mm diameter threaded core. The plates they hole them together is 25mm (1”) square.

What is pushing the locking wedge back to its place for unlocking?
Its the hydraulic fluid when the sensors tell it to unlock. These need constant Hydraulic pressure to operate, although if power goes out, we were told that the cylinder will stay locked.
When forward pressure which is locking the cams is released, and the reverse hydraulic pressure pushes piston back, it also pushes the locking cams back to their home position. This is for your info: They state that the HLCP system needs constant pressure. We were told that if pump were to stop (power out) and it is in lock position, it will stay in place as long as there are no system leaks for up to a certain pressure, yet not guaranteed.
In Ukraine it is not popular at all.

The ejector moves foreword reaches its limit - at the same time the core contracts the cavity- then how come stipper plate moves more further degating the product ? This video is little unclear to me !! #nube
stripper hole diameter remain the same and the product diameter also don't change. Thus it's strippes the product out

It is not showed, but in fact you should use hydraulic cylinders to activate ejector plates.
