খুব খারাপ খাওয়া দাওয়া এবং পরিমাণ কম কিছু চেলে পাওয়া যায় না। সুইমিং পুলের জল খারাপ।

Though used to book WBTDCL properties when ever I used to go for an outing, particularly I went there one and half years back and very recently, I understand the degradation of the service rendered, first food quality was not good, AC, small fridge of the room is not working, etc.Only plus point is the behaviour of the staffs. Rupees 3200/- or 3500/- Plus GST is too much for this kind of service rendered.
