What's Cooking With Nate?

Technically I’m not a cook. But my wife (Dot) keep requesting that I cook, I should learn how to cook and give her a break on the cooking. I’ve fought that request for many years and now I’m going to change my attitude about cooking. That is why I’ve started this TH-cam channel to start learning how to cook the foods that I like to eat. And even though I stopped eating meat in 2017, I still eat seafood with all of the sides. So on this channel I’ll be learning how to cook great sides meals and desserts that I enjoy.

the sugar surprised me. im not sure on that one...
It just makes it taste more better.
This is ALMOST how I spruce up my store bought potato salad EXCEPT, I chop mine up but I don't mash it up. I also drain my relish and add crushed dill relish. Typical people don't always eat potato salad but if you make it right, they may eat the majority of it and mine is delicious if I have to say so myself. Most people comment on it. They can't believe it's store bought potato salad.

I tried this with my store bought red potatoe salad , minus the celery and the green onions . It was a hit at my barbecue. People thought I made it ,Thank you so much . Definitely will use this recipe again
