No matter what I try, I get 5 hours, my eyes open and that’s it, time to run 🏃 I can’t seem to sleep more than that and everyone I hear from tells me how unhealthy that is. Causes quite a bit of anxiety in me but I feel great at 50 yo stronger and leaner than I ever thought I would be

My 20 years of this ended last may. Finally got diagnosed for two mental disorders. Other one is from birth and means that I have significantly smaller amount of dopamine and serotonine reseptors, and the other one I've had for 15 years, that disrupts or stops my dopamine and serotonine production completely. Couple of meds and now I'm 60/70% of what normal should be.
