I'd love to see a modern-day sequel to this, where Chris Knight has turned into a grouchy academic, and a young genius like he once was comes along and reminds him of who he used to be (and he then uses his position/power to rescue the young genius and leaves academia for his own research company or something).

This, Tombstone, Top Secret, Top Gun, The Doors, At First Sight, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Thunderheart.. Val Kilmer can do ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! But he was especially sexy in this movie. He improved most of it. =D All brain no penis was his idea.
