I dont get it! I have stayed in this hotel 3 times and everytime it has been amazing so you must of just came at a bad time!! And how is this not an all inclusive hotel you dont have to pay for anything lol
That A.I voice and pronounciations was painful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. SOMEONE WENT TO THE ROOM AND BROKE THE SAFEBOX AND STOLE OUR CASH AND CREDIT CARDS. WE REPORTED TO THE MANAGER/DIRECTOR , LAURA BUT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE SHE CARE. SHE TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD GIVE AN UPDATE BY THE END OF THE TRIP BUT LAURA NEVER GOT BACK TO US. ALSO THEIR ROOMS IS RUN DOWN, MOST OF THE THINGS ARE BROKEN AND IT SMELLED LIKE ROTTEN FISH.
