That would be H, the gimmick Hayabusa adopted when he unmasked in 1999, if memory serves. He also features in my other ROM hack, SUMMIT, and can be created in VPW2 via edit mode.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm no longer working on ROM hacks, at least for the time being. RetroRandyPrice and Lightning (aka jordyad) both have No Mercy covered so I would encourage you to keep an eye on what they come up with in the next year or so.

imo it doesnt suck, i played alot of this game when i found out about it after a few years of playing the n64 games. its just a more primitive version of the engine. kinda like early versions of Fire Pro

Theoretically, anything's possible. In reality, I imagine there's a section of the ROM that allocates voice banks to individual wrestlers. Every move has a sound effect attached to it (e.g. the sound of the mat), and I think one of the sounds you can trigger is the wrestler's given voice. That said, the actual voice, I believe, is allocated per wrestler. It is not currently known where or how this data is organized, and thus it is not currently possible to assign Flair a voice. That said, worth noting that nothing in the animation data of Flair's taunts trigger the sound of a wrestler's voice. Current evidence suggests Flair didn't have a voice at the time he was removed. Edit for clarification: Flair's taunt DOES trigger a wrestler's voice to play at the end of a taunt (you can see this if Hogan or Savage copy the taunt). The main takeaway is that Flair, specifically, doesn't have a voice allocated to him, so no sound plays as a result.

I drew it! At the time I drew it (2018-2019?) my technique involved using his portrait from World Tour to craft the base texture that I would then draw into the AKI style.

​​@@RagDas01 Nice!! Well man..congrats! Its been a dream of mine to have that stylin' profilin' son of a gun in Revenge for ages. We have him in the WCW Feel the Bang Mod but there is just something special about seeing him in Revenge...where he should've been all along ;)

I think a lot of people, myself included, love Revenge as is. The goal was to change as little of the WCW content as possible while still being able to add new things. People are naturally welcome to pursue Revenge hacking to pursue further changes to suit the things they want to see.

@@RagDas01 understood, I forgot you were the experimenter here. Let's hope someone can add more to this too alongside La Fin Du Tour. It's just too bad that such things didn't exist earlier. Might've really gotten a lot of attention no doubt seeing how wrestling in general has sunk since 2001.

​@@AmitDabydeen The WWF people don't replace anybody from the base roster, actually -- just the removed managers like Sister Sherri. La Parka and Disco Inferno are no longer cruiserweights to accommodate more slots, and no one from the WWF is considered a cruiserweight. If you intend to use a player modifier code then HBK uses the ID4 for James Vandenberg (0807).

Yup, but they're just slots. Hard to say who they were for aside from nWo Sting, Flair, and Miller. In nWo Sting's case, he already has most of his data, just needs a costume and a donor profile to give him a name, height, and weight. The others lack these details, and are therefore just placeholders for roster members that we can only make guesses about.

Precisely! They all also share the same default costume definition, though in nWo Sting's case, his having a different body type means he defaults to Giant's attire, not Sting's.
