Im going to the interview if it's for a FT position

I was a live on site as a pm I managed 2 buildings inside and out. It's not fun when you leave your apartment and have to rush so you dont have to be bothered when you just want to run your trash out etc. Also if something goes wrong or a mess you have to clean it up. I had to clean up a sewage backup in the other building and it was nasty and the ppl who lived there were slobs. However I inly paid 500 a month with that credit I got every month to keep up with the buildings. Normal rent price was 999

I don't blame you for quitting.😊. I was an agent in the late 90's - early 2000's. Back when apartment communities really didn't have many websites or the ability to do the application process online... people were forced to come into the office and call all day asking the same "how much does it cost" questions of me all day....when rent money and packages were accepted in the office....when applications were done by hand, and the employment verification was done via USPS mail only, no faxing it in. I had my car keyed up and was assaulted over residents rent and lazy maintenance men and owners not doing their job. I can totally relate to having random people in your face all day and being on the front line for attacks. **** gets old. I would consider apartment leasing to be a dangerous job. I honestly don't even think there's a real need for it anymore. So much of it can be done off site, and prospects can show themselves the unit. Have you ever thought of being a Home Stager? You can work for yourself w/ flexible hours.

Welcome to Orlando where you need some bug spray. I’ve been here now almost 3 years. I’m from New York. God moved here for my husband and our ministry. Now I do want to know what part of Orlando you’re at because the way you’re describing the bugs. Im from the north and live in Tampa…I am in Orlando area a lot! It has more to do than Tampa imo. Not sure why you say its boring. Also, i’ve lived in 5 states and just left Houston to come back to Tampa after a year. Ive made good salaries in FL, so this myth that all jobs don’t pay is dumb. I make six figures. With the price of homes here, there would be no way for people qualify for a home if there were no decent paying jobs. Houston and a lot of things to do, but even with the crazy drivers on I4, i’d take that over Houstons traffic, smog, congestion, and lets be real, CRIME. I’m so glad to be back in Florida. I’ve lived in five states and a few major cities and I prefer FL’s sunshine cause other places I’ve lived are gloomy as hell like Houston. You will find your way. Don’t give up. I don’t regret any place or state I lived as they all taught me lessons. Had I stayed in my boring home state up north, I would not have these experiences or met the people I have.

I taught in Busan in 2002. My first warning sign was the teacher before me did a midnight run and left all the sinks and bathtubs running and flooded the whole apartment yeah it was downhill from there. Something is really wrong with South Korea hell no wouId I ever go back. Not even a trip for free

GOD is sooo GOOD. I’ve been living in Orlando,FL for 4 years and it is the best decision I made for me and my family! I started with Real Estate and now I’m in Financial Tech there are a lot of opportunities in those areas. Moving here was definitely orchestrated by GOD as I also didn’t have a job at the time I moved. Obviously everyone situation will be different but I had to share my testimony because I feel it was the first time I realized I was being obedient to GOD and he’s worked miracles ever since.
