I'm thinking about this suspension swap myself, but according to TF Tuned any frame flex with this shock will cause the shock to collide with the frame. Have you had any such issues?

ill have the Riddler 45c and their just 42 wide on an 19 wide rim. I will get the G1800 in a few weeks and mesure the tire clearance and will report back if you still need advice

Take your bike back to your nearest Trek dealership and get them: 1. Adjust the battery mounts so that it no longer rattles within the downtube and 2. Run a torque bolt check over the entire bike. This is what I did and my TR5 Custom has been rattle free for the last 18 months.

hi i got a similar problem.... tail light stop working when i drive about 5-10mins... when i park my car for awhile their start working fine and turning off ... got the same light on the dashboard

Afan is soooooooo good. It used to be a 3.5 hr drive for me. Not any more, but at least I now have all the steep tech I could ever wish for (Scotland🙄). You don't appreciate it so much until you can't find anything like it within driving distance.

I took a wonder over to Castle coch yesterday, and I have to say, finally no puddles!! Mud was almost dry and running lovely. Just hope we can maintain no wet weather from here on.

There's a setting for the fit of the battery, I had to look it up for my Rail 7. It worked.

If it is what you can hear in the video slightly it will be the motor free hub as such. If you add and take away load on the cranks you will probably hear it. Mine does the same, different bike same motor

Does your battery compartment have a foam strip on top of the metal plate at the bottom? If not bring it to a Trek shop or Trek dealer, there was a service bulletin about a replacement RIB plate a while back.

Mayhem I've eaten dirt on there you rode it really well. The crash shows how steep it is, speed can build, glad you're ok. Conda looked sketchy, you did well, it was dry when I rode it. I need to try that lower Conda seection, Great vid.🤛

I thought I was watching Machen mast until I got to the end 😂 the terrain is so similar around South wales now, there has been widespread felling to almost all the landscape. I didn't recall machen being as flowing and rewarding as this. I'll have to get up Afan, thanks for the video!
