Background: hydra Bob is one of the most cowardly henchmen in Hydras arsenal of soldiers. He joined because his wife was toxic to the point he didn't get a job and hoping hydra can cover dental insurance (they didn't). Soon he and Deadpool became friends

This was my reaction. Agreed to be there, they had leverage, and still take the dome off off screen and took the bomb. There's no point unless in the near future they ignore Waller and they are that lazy for a story board and didn't think about Nora.
