It was on a lot across Goth's Mansion in Willow Creek.
Thank you! I had a feeling it was in Willow Creek, but for the life of me I couldn't find the lot. I have looked over that property and did not realize it was there the whole time. Lol! I feel silly for not seeing it the whole time right near the Goth's.
