I did a similar thing. I got the laminated US map from Amazon. I had to trim the map to make it fit over the handle. I hung mine with magnets, behind it I have 2" pink poly foam board. I also did a grab handle to pull the door closed from inside. I had to put a slit in the map for the handle but you can barely tell. The map has held up without damage for 3 years. I love the color etc.

Hey guys so good you had time in coos bay! We have stayed right above and below coos bay and just by a bit but planning on maybe staying in the area next year. Those were some great waves today. Yes you have to be a very experienced surfer for some of our areas for sure. We love watching every I ne surfing in Hawaii and we still need ro try it at least once!! 😊 thanks for sharing your experience and sharing yoir surf story! 😊 Happy New Year!

So pretty - love those fall colors - and you guys really captured them well. The park you stayed at looked great - right next to the rogue river. Agree with you about Oregon - such a pretty state and great people there too. That stop by the river was fantastic - so pretty. We love finding little food trucks on the road - especially taco trucks - looked great. We have not stayed at Coos Bay - one day we will get there - Thanks for sharing this - very well done!

Nice drive guys! We feel like we were just there -but we like your weather a lot better :) We want to head back up there again and spend more time - our trip this summer was just driving without enough time to properly enjoy the area. We love crossing the border out of California - no matter which way you go - gas is going to be a lot cheaper! And that chowder looked really good - as did the cider and pub in general :) Safe travels and happy holidays!

Hey goys wow you shared a lot of that long familiar drive for us! LOL! We liked that lottle town of Mt Shasta we stayed at the brewery which was a harvest host that was a great spot we would do it again. We havent spent much time in Grants pass that lumch spot looked great and the beers spot on! Thanks its now on our radar in our own PNW!

We are planners that change our minds a lot. Your way us probably better.

Love the spontaneity! this was a fun trip and you are right - not having to decide your route up front is one of the great things with a van - lots more places to stay if it comes down to it. This area is very pretty we love it. Thanks for taking us along on this ride - looking forward to more!

Hey guys - thanks for bringing us along on this trip. We did this same path earlier this year - but we didn't have any rain - in fact it was north of 100 degrees the whole time -I think I might prefer the rain to that :). Red bluff tacos looked good - Bob used to travel up there a lot for work back in the 90's but this last trip we unfortunately didn't have time to stop. Bummer about that leak, but good thing you could address it - hopefully that holds for you. Hate getting that stuff on my hands too! nice job on this one - we enjoyed it. Safe travels!

Use OFF bug spray and soak it then wipe it off use water clean it off again and then spray clear coat on it so it doesn't yellow again. It will look brand new again

WD-40, duct tape, and a hammer. All other tools are unnecessary.
