Thanks for this video - pdf alternatives will be massive for my small business as we pay a small fortune to adobe each month. One element I’d like to see is whether the new extension supports exporting /extraction of images from a pdf? We’d appreciate this option as we want to use the pdf images from our suppliers to form the basis of our in house documents for client survey and contracts. We could then take the images as design elements for our clients to approve and save on duplication of input. Any developments on that front would be a massive help.

I hate how everyone is getting excited over this. Zoho are calling this a new CRM UI, but it's not. It's a new menu - that's it! The Zoho CRM interface absolutely sucks! And when I saw "Zoho CRM for Everyone (new UI)", I got super excited until I realised it's still the same old clunky, old-fashioned UI.

is there integration between Zoho Learn and Zoho CRM

Could you possibly show off a demo or something of you creating and setting this up. As there isn't much on this topic. My company is also service-based and we would like to set up some kind of loyalty system/ program that integrates with our CRM. Thanks

Third, I added an extension called Project Checklist. It is buggy, but I hope you'll be able to explain it better.

I have encountered more variations om the A in SMART. Accepted - which counts for the team accepting the goal. An important aspect of course. Attractive is another - that it is something the assigned and other stakeholders want to achieve.

Small tip - link your homepage for easier access.

Thank you for the research and sharing:) SMART goals is not the only acronym changing a lot. People are either smarter than the original - or dont invest in understanding som they find their own explalantions that fits their perception.
