Hey man I've had similar experiences with trauma starting in my teens and I believe I had a born-again experience (meeting the holy spirit) too. Recently a video called I Betrayed My True Self In A Way That Hurt Me So Bad I Could Not Forgive Myself For Twenty-Two Years, especially the last part helped me. Also this guy named Adampants had videos that Jonathanlives has on youtube and he's healing begins now and all his videos really helped me. I saw a comment from a video relating to him and someone that knows him "supposedly" says he's Christian now... William Walker Atkinson books helped me as well... Anyway I spent most of my time alone after these experiences and started becoming a loner but I learned to enjoy being alone and I've gained as much as I lost... Even though mental issues still affect me sometimes, recently I believe I made a breakthrough... Wish you all the best man sometimes it can seem like it's never ending but I do think when we go through all these things and make it out to the other side it makes us stronger and wiser in a way that we couldn't have been if these sorts of tribulations didn't happen. No worldview provides solace, billions of souls are in agony forever at this moment according to the religion of redemption and hope. A fool shouldn't be held responsible for his choices and free will is not loving. God regrets our creation. He doesn't afford us the same individual choice given to the angels. We have to deal with the aftermath of our representatives of the garden. This is either unfair or implies an inherently flawed creation that would have always made the choice to reject Him. I sincerely hate consciousness, and there is no verifiable relief in death, only by faith can we assume that believers will find paradise. Solomon put it best and most simply in recognizing life's futility; whether this is as a result of our lack of understanding of Gods ultimate plan or not, it remains true. This doesn't rest well in a logical mind and life's distractions can't begin to mask that. I lack the only thing I care about which is a relationship and I only care as a result of my innate animalistic desire. Memories and experiences existing in two minds are just as worthless as one. I can't imagine life without meds and substances. The exit of the allegorical cave is the gateway to hell. I ask Him to end it nightly because I can't bring myself to, never happens. All one can do is ignore it, which is far easier for the ignorant, and constantly ignoring mental torture is no life.
