Here’s a summary of what you should do: If it’s above 30 degrees Celsius outside, DO NOT open windows Leave windows open all night as it is much cooler at night than during the day Close windows and curtains to stop sunlight getting in when it’s above 30 degrees Celsius Open curtains when the sun has moved out of view I hope this helps and good luck to my fellow Brits during this heatwave
