I think your comments are spot on Dave. It doesn't seem like there is a point in doing an end can if you are chasing good sound. FYI for people wondering, the box at the back of the exhaust is a resonator. The Cat is the wider part of the exhaust up towards the headers. I assume you had to cut your exhaust to fit this if you are using the stock headers?

I am not a corvette fan. I have no idea why the algorithm recommended me this, but WOW! I WANT THEM! I am a 42yo housewife, and I want to buy a vette just so I can have these!

I love them but the tail lamps are way too bright. You can barely tell the difference between them and the brake lamps.
