They actually do help. Specially physical symptoms. I'm taking 25mg atenolol and it has improved my anxiety. Also it helped me stay more calm socially.

They bad side effects are bad… I tough i was going to die so I stopped the medication. Yes it makes you more calm in social settings but not worth it

I'm now 19 a 2nd year nursing student the tremors has there been since the beginning but in this profession the need to have clinical skill is like a top priority soo I consulted a neurologist and taking sertaline 50 pm and sertaline 100 am along with propanalol 20mg as per need, I've been taking since almost 1 month but my tremors only have worsened along with increased heart palpitations and heart beat.what should I do how I'm taking 20mg per day may take 2x a day but my tremors didn't reduced and overall it worsened along eith chest pain palpitations edtc.

So what makes them raise blood pressure more than coffee?

Buspar is a good medication for anxiety. Nadolol is hell to come off of and I'm living proof of both of these medications

is it alright to use 20 mg propanolol with.25 clonazepam everyday for general anxiety for a few months also ADHD medications I take cause horrible comedown even though they help me with focus so much that I'm able to focus and study (law school stuff) so is it alright if I take the benzo in very small quantities (.25-.5) with propanolol for aforementioned issues also including tachycardia and other unpleasant anxiety symptoms

I am not saying energy drinks are good, but they aren't bad. There are no studies that show energy drinks lead to heart attack or cardiac arrest. I drank 3-4 energy drinks every day for years on end and was fine. I was active and healthy, so many factors came into play; however, like everything, moderation is key. I rarely drink them now, only on occasion, because, like anyone addicted, I want to control it. But this fearmongering is not true. Just control your intake
