I have some idea for you. I think human doing Tas runs is pretty possible. But it will rather be like playing on piano then game. We need to create a mod like a guitar hero and adjust note to each button. It will create the song based on inputs of tas.Player will just to grind to play it perfectly. It will be very weird song with crazy rhythmical image but it will make human tas runs possible. If to make all control buttons inline - it will be possible to make notes dropping from the top of the screen like in rhythm games.

If it doesn't work for anoyone else (besides me), there is another method: Use the Editor++ plugin, open that and then go to Map Properties -> Map Vehicle Properties -> select ur desired car -> click on update

Broken after 1st July update. Apparently, this quality of life feature was "unintentional, and had to be removed".
