There is a beautiful black cat on Instagram called Simon. Sadly, he doesn't get the attention he deserves, because his brother Batman (who is also very cute) gets all the praise! Praying for you. I too have these episodes and days as well, but due to autoimmune disease. I am sorry that "Peri" has been an energy vampire in your life. I gave up my womanly parts due to endometriosis and "Peri" hit hard and fast. I just bought an inexpensive book too in order to do easy painting exercises. I want to paint my cats Riley and Romeo and have printed out line drawings t trace. I began with acrylics and changed over to watercolor, because they feel more forgiving to me. Cinnamon Cooney was the teacher I began with on YT. I would love to be YT friends and will be very kind and sympathetic and easy. My name is Jodie. Your thoughts make a lot of sense. I get it.
I’m so sorry to hear that, it must’ve been really tough for you so you have my sympathy! Printing out line drawings or even pictures is a great practice, as it trains both your eyes and hands to draw. I actually need to do more of that myself to improve my skills. I paint mainly watercolours , but I also do acrylics, which I actually find more forgiving mainly because you are not locked into working from light to dark as in watercolours, I guess we all have different approaches 😄. I will check out Cinnamon Cooney as I never heard of them, so thank you for the tip! Get some HRT and boost your estrogen. Don't suffer through it. That's A MYTH. You will be back to normal in a few weeks. You are experiencing brain fog. It's fluctuating estrogen.
