Therapy is something we as humans should all engage in. IMO, life and issues are get easier when you have an unbiased ear to talk too. The key is finding that right therapist to talk with, this can be a huge task!!

Healing Trauma Through Sports

How many of us played sports because that’s all we knew to do? From little league to college, that’s how we got scholarships to get away from our traumatizing moments of life & people. Some of us played because we HAD to get away during those moments and from those people or there wouldn’t have been college or continual life!!
