Guten 🤗😎 🌞 Sonntagabend 😍💪 FitNicki, danke dir für deine 💯😎🫶 👍👍😎🤗💪 Slim Pilates Legs Performance alles mit einem 😎🤗Outfit, in einer schönen Umgebung mit schönen 🌹🌹 einer 😎🎶perfekt für meinen langen Spaziergang heute nicht in meinem Zimmer ist zwar nur 10 Quadratmeter groß, hat dafür aber alles, was ich so brauche, 43 Zoll (1,09 m)-TV hängt an der Wand, unten drunter steht ein 120 cm Schreibtisch, 140 Meter Boxspringbett, Kleiderschrank) inklusive einer schönen Aussicht auf grüne Bäume, ich mag es sehr), sondern auf meiner schönen Dachterrasse dazu machen einfach herrlich, als Dankeschön schenke ich dir 💯🌻🌹💐 mir geht es gut und dir? Dir noch einen schönen 🌞 Sonntagabend. Liebe Grüße Felix

Hi! Thanks for the comment. You’re right that spot reduction isn’t possible-everything works together with a healthy diet, sleep, and more. This workout targets both the external and internal transverse abdominal muscles, which help keep the entire abdomen toned and prevent lower belly bulge. It’s possible to see results in 7 days if you have prior physical preparation; I’ve achieved this myself. However, if someone hasn’t trained before, it will take more time. Have a great day! 😍
