Phil was the best front man of that era,not even a shadow of a doubt!! a shame he fucked it all,but after myself suffering of spinal injuries,i can say i understand fully his position back then.....the other ones in the band had no clue,excepting REX who knew what was going on and the very,very bright pain associated with it

Ive asked this question before. How are vocalists able to sing/scream night after night and not lose there voice. For instance Phil, Layne Kurdt etc. These guys belt it out every night. I can go to one concert and in 1 night lose my voice from screaming. As much as I love Pantera (2nd all time favorit band, AIC #1) I liked how Phil sang 1990-1995. When he started screaming all his lyrics, I still liked it, but it sounded better when he would sing it.
