Montengro: Budva and Kotor
Budva and Kotor, the treasures of the Adriatic Sea and the coast of Montenegro
What can you do in Montenegro?
You can visit the old town of Budva, spend a day in the medieval town of Kotor, take an afternoon boat ride on Lake Skadar or simply laze on the beach on the famous island of Sveti Stefan. 10 minutes from Kotor, there is also the wonderful town of Perast, give it some time, it will surprise you. Be sure to spend a full day in Dubrovnik, the gorgeous Croatian city just 2 hours away from Budva.
Escape the noisy crowds of Budva for a day by exploring the surroundings. You can visit Kotor, 20 km away, with Kotor Bay and San Giovanni Castle.
Part of the Unesco World Heritage Site, the Bay of Kotor has well-preserved medieval monuments, beautiful beaches and majestic mountains, as well as some of the most beautiful towns along the Adriatic Sea. Visit the green hills and bays, explore the Roman walls and churches and try the local cuisine. Stroll the beaches and enjoy the area's famous nightlife. If you like cruises, you can choose from a wide range of tours that allow you to visit historical attractions and hidden treasures of nature. If you are into hiking, climb up to the top where the castle of San Giovanni in Kotor is located. Be careful though, don't forget to have water with you, there are many steps to climb and it can be very hot in the summer. At the top though, you'll be rewarded with absolutely spectacular views of the entire bay.
Kotor city tour starts from the main gate of the old town, also called the Sea Gate. The impressive wall built during the Republic of Venice reflects Venetian influence architecturally.

Sopron is without a doubt one of my favorite towns in all of Europe. Definitely underrated.
There are many underrated cities in Hungary, but also in Slovakia and Slovenia. They have time to grow and we should enjoy these beautiful and peaceful (not so crowded) destinations. As long as they are still in this stage :) If you jump from Sopron to Vienna you will see the difference.

Hi! I have a random question! My boyfriend and I were in Rovinj 2 years ago, where we bought matching bracelets on a stand right above the Balota beach. We just started dating then so it holds a lot of sentimental value for both of us, and we never take them off. However, mine broke unfortunately. I’ve been trying to figure out if there’s still this stand there or find any photos of it so I could potentially contant him, and it seems like it might be in your video (26:15, the white stand in the upper left corner), but it’s from pretty far so it’s hard to tell. Do you by any chance have any photos of this spot where you could see the stand? I know it’s a long shot but I’m giving it a go. Any help is appreciated 😊
Hi, unfortunatelly I don't have photos from that part of Rovinj. I was only filming there :( But there is a restaurant, maybe they have a pin on google maps. Then you can try to contact them ( I mean the people who own the restaurant ) and maybe they can give you more details, maybe a phone number.

Όταν επιστρέψουμε στην περιοχή, θα επισκεφτούμε και την Πρέβεζα. Τη χρονιά που πήγα στην Πάργα, ήθελα να επισκεφτώ τα βουνά και το Μέτσοβο. Δυστυχώς, βρήκα ανεπαρκή προσανατολισμό στους Χάρτες Google για αυτά τα όμορφα βουνά. Η Ελλάδα δεν είναι γνωστή για τα βουνά της, αν και έχουν επίσης πολλά να προσφέρουν :)
