Hi. Thanks for your recent replied. I finally got one of the printer (5550dtn), and it's printing very well. The only thing I later discovered is each time I want to duplex, it jam paper in duplex path. I checked and clean it every thing seems ok but it's still jam paper in duplex path. I don't know what to do next.
