Can I use a Metal Transmission and Gearbox from the ones that can be mounted on WPL C14 up to WPL C34 series? It's premade and it's future proof. One of my first upgrades including esc, and transmitter and receiver package

i actually went the other way.. smaller tires and lowered it . more representative of the real thing and helps a ton with the gravity issues you brought up. and no rubbing at any angle. its funny.. 200$ toy and 200$ in parts dumped into it. i do it to myself tho...

That is killer! Love the roof rack, it would want it a tad wider though. Can the amber lights above the windshield be lit?
I agree. It's a challenge finding parts that match the look I'm going for, as well as being compatible with the truck. It came with some additional trim pieces, so I might add them or add scale accessories to complete the look. The roof lights don't work from factory, but that would be a cool addition!

😊I put portals on my c64 and a 2 speed and it has brushless level slow speed and hella clearance
I'm sure the portal conversion improved clearance, but what's the ride height like? Is it alot higher now? That's my only issue with the portals, They seem to put the truck on stilts. I want my truck sitting kinda low.
@@Th3_Genius the ride hight is a little high but if u put c54 shocks it would be improved alot and keep lots of clearance but haven't tryd it yet
I thought of going portals, but I'm gonna hold off until I find the solution with as little to no compromises. Plus I love my gold shocks. When I find it, I'll be sure to make a video.

I'm running 70mmx26mm and 1.3mm bead-locks. They rub the body though. Thanks alot! I'm glad you liked the video. It's a great truck.
