I guessed so, but didn't want to seem too narcissistic lol. Thank you. I hope in the new year there will be even more to report and stuff to get all the more excited about Digimon once again.

I happened to have Rookies when I got to this point, so I went for it during Gen 2. It looks bad here, but those same Rookies beat that Machinedramon in another attempt before even reaching Champion.

There are a few that work as substitutes if you want to mix things up or try out new ones. This is just one path I use. The BlackAgumon near there can also be good training partners in the earlier parts.

Digimon will always digivolve to champion on day 4, so long as they have the stats. There is no way to delay that. These Digimon have stats this high because A) I do all this battle training to raise there stats B) You inherit a percentage of the former Digimon's stats. So if you are near max stats your baby Digimon will already start with 1000 in each stat.

And for that goal I think they have succeeded. There is a lot of this game feels like something to just check on once or twice and day and it keep growing up, like the VPets. Even trying to stream this for the hour and a half I did there was so little to do, just waiting for stamina to come back at a very slow pace many times. I even killed my first Digimon by accident because I tried to do too much and it got sick when I couldn't afford Medicine. If you like the VPets, you will likely enjoy this game. If you are looking for more of a game or story, it doesn't seem to have much of that.

Yeah, most games that go through a rough development cycle it ends up showing and the end product suffers, but every so often we can get one that beats that narrative. I do like how the art style looks in general, but in actual gameplay I have no experience. Monetization is killer for many mobile games these days. I don't feel like ReArise was too bad, but many see these games as a way to squeeze out money and not as a way to just enhance the experience.

TF stands for Training Failures. These can happen by failing to go to the bathroom, failing to feed them when hungry, not taking care of their fatigue and such things will count as Training Failures.

This is Coromon. Very much a Pokemon clone kind of game done by a small indie company.

Many people love the cozy and simple games and that is fine. They are not for me, but that is the beauty of all the different genres. There is something for everyone.

With the synchronization of the card game releases around the world that does help that, but only for fans of the card game. We just need to have something for everyone to enjoy. A game or an anime would be the biggest ones. There will always be some Japan only events, they just need to make us feel noticed too.

That is very strange. My first guess is have you modded it now or before that may have changed passive skills. Other than that it sure seems like a bug and might have to de-digivolve and try again? I have never encountered such a bug.

It mostly has to do with how damage is calculated. I am not a speedrunner myself, so not the best at explaining every little detail. As far as I am aware your damage is based off their STR + the power of the move. Because if you train up their stats high enough their STR becomes much higher than the damage of the ability, therefore attacking faster is more important than hitting slightly harder. Especially once buffs start adding all the more STR to that calculation. The level one Hand-to-Hand move and the level one Dark move are quite strong.

Thanks pal, yeah i have just seen a video of an speed runner and yeah they pretty much train STR the first days so they rely more on their digimon stats than the abilitys itself, but great strategy i am going to use it from now on
