It looks like a good expansion but, the dungeon row of cards doesn't change a lot during a 2 player game as they are only replenished when they are bought or fought. I have come up with a better idea and made up a set of cards, you pick one a turn when entering a dungeon room that has nothing to offer, these cards have things like, flip a depth square, portal, regain full health, - 2 clank, dragon attack, found 5 gold, I have 50 in total, cost nothing.

I agree. I almost ordered it but since it doesn't fit in the original box I will not be able to add it to my collection as I have limited space for the games. Dissapointed. Thank you for the very helpful video!

Red Alert deals damage only if you have less creatures. Still good card for Action heavy decks or for board controll if the enemy got much more of them, and also seems like Token Creature hate ngl.

Detention Coil gives you Æmber even if you put it on the enemy creature

Nice video...just picked this one up for $9 on clearance at Target...with a divider - haha! I know this isn't necessarily a rules/how to play video, but just a clarification, related to Comm tokens. The "Any Color Die" special Comm token can ONLY be used with Experiments...it allows you to use a die with the wrong color (but correct number) to count toward the experiment completion - it cannot be used for any other action.

No D12? Why have they not done a D12 card yet?

It is astounding how one can manage to show LESS of what's in the box in a quarter hour than a 5 minute average review. It's like a 30 second youtube ad prolonged to 15 minutes with 0 additional information and I know that because a local publisher's ad keeps throwing it in my face.

I think I'm a little disappointed I look forward to it arriving and playing it. But the shy Pluto elements I always felt are superfluous I liked the new cards it added but never play with shy plutonium. Just never liked it too easy to ignore and still win. So I'm disappointed the new expansion drives so much towards those elements. We'll see how it plays. Maybe I'll just keep parts of it. I like the idea of sector 13 for sure though

The good one’s effect says “*Reap*: You may reap with one of Youngest Bear’s neighbors.” So the difference between the two is one allows you to fight, while the other allows you to reap, with one of Youngest Bear’s neighbors. That’s actually the purpose of all of the evil twins: to provide a variation to the effect of the good version of the same creature. 9:18 You’re half right. The Omni ability on the Tide card is a way for any player to raise the tide for themselves at any time. This is so you are always able to raise it even if you do not have cards that raise it for you. If you use the Omni ability, that is the only time you would receive chains. If, however, you have a card that allows you to raise the tide (Cement Shoes, All Tide Up, etc.) and you actually use it to raise the tide for yourself (if it’s initially low), you *do not* receive chains. That makes those types of cards essential to any deck in Dark Tidings.

i've noticed a mistake in the video.. you mentioned that the clank symbol on the green computer screen gives you clank, gain 1 skill etc when you enter the room, but that only happens if you hack that terminal

How much players can play poker with this set of 200 chips?

Terraforming Mars should learn from Mariposas. That game (I got mine from Amazon) comes with trays for all the tokens. The Target edition seems to inherit all the flaws of the original TM. Flimsy boards, no way to arrange the resources, but having said that, I did get a Target edition not knowing the differences between that and the KS version.

I agree that the art work is superior to the earlier game. I’ll be curious to discover whether we can complete the game in an hour once the rules are known.

Just so people aren't confused: this is a separate stand alone card game. You can't add this to the "base game".

Ok, so getting one deck is extremely lucky. Getting TWO decks in a 2 player box is the equivalent of being blessed by the keyforge gods dude. There will be people out there who buy 50+ keyforge decks and not find a single evil twin deck. Nice find !

I wonder if future editions of Quacks will include the plastic upgrades?..
