In my opinion, one of the “definitions” of being healthy is about having a good balance. It consists of eating good food, getting some kind of movement in the entire week, be it working out at the gym or going out for a walk. It is also about choosing an approach that you can stick to for a good amount of time which eventually leads to consistency as well as sustainability. Health can be defined in numerous ways, it’s all about what works for every individual

You have not experimented anything, working out under weed only has benefits on heavy users who do not even feel "high" anymore If you rarely smoke or never smoke you will be incapacitated and it's logic

Gosh, I miss Hong Kong now. I have not been back for over 10 years. The Buddah has changed a lot. When I went there (back in 1998/1999), there was no cargo train to go up that mountain. We had some ghetto ass bus driving up that hill.

Great video , does the 14 to 16 multiplication include gym excercises or just daily activities outside gym, because i havent start working out yet, but im going too soon, so should i adjust my macros of what my activity level is going to be once i start or should i just use the activity level i have now which is not excercising yet, that is if i need to include gym in the ratio
