Thank you so much for this, Marcia!💖 Over the last several years I have moved out of traditional grounding techniques and into “grounding” within my Self instead. I literally felt repelled from grounding even though I used to love it. The realization I had while watching this was that those “past” techniques grounded into the “old earth” template which is why I felt repelled.
