Very interesting test setup! But a few remarks... 1. You should install those moisture sensors high against the outer OSB as the vapor pressure is the highest just below the ceiling (the warmer the air, the more vapor it will contain, plus water vapor rises). 2. That Intello vapor retarder only opens when the temperature of that foil is well above 28°C or 83°F. So if you're running your air conditioning too cool in the summer, it won't open... 3. It would be nice to build a fourth test wall with a thin wood fiber board (hardboard, LDF, MDF, particle board,...) on the inside as your air barrier and vapor retarder.
