Merry & Bright Word Blocks DIY Guide
Love the look of decorative wood word blocks in your farmhouse decor? In this video, I’m walking you through how to finish with paper and assemble our word block kits! Whether you’re decorating for Christmas or any other season, these easy projects will surely add charm to your space.
It’s a quick and fun craft project that anyone can do! The video features our Merry and Bright Word Blocks, but the same process applies to any set from our shop.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Word Block Kit(available in my shop) redbyrddesigns.com
Paint in your favorite colors
Scrapbook Paper
Adhesive: super glue, wood glue, or an all-purpose glue.
Mod Podge
Scraper
Nail file or Sand Paper
Scissors or Paper Cutter
Pencil

what did you use to attach the tiles? everything I have used has damaged the wall
Have you found a solution to sticking the scrabble tiles on wall??
@@jonasgonzalez5637 I actually did. I used the smallest velcro strips made by command strip. I thought they would stick out of the wall and look horrible, but our landlord won't let us hang up stuff with nails so I had to be very creative with everything I wanted to put up. They look pretty good! I will try to post a picture here.
Your crafts are great! Just found you today. You should definitely have more subscribers. Are you producing shorts? One of my other channels jumped up 10s of thousands once she learned to do shorts.

Hello! I just discovered your tutorials on TH-cam today. I’m learning lots and enjoying your style of painting and teaching. 😊 I’m from PA, and paint at a local shop (and at home) where they fire the final product. I’ve done 2 truck and tree ornaments similar to this project. For one of them, I painted the truck a bright, slightly teal, blue to resemble the Chevy Luv truck my husband drove when we were dating in the late ‘80s. I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
