Monday is the start of the week, and today I’m working on a headband. I’ve been wanting to make one for myself for some time, mainly because when I have free time, I enjoy jogging at a nearby school or park. Sometimes I even do super-slow jogging at home while watching shows. I usually use sports headbands, but this time I want to try something different by using my favorite fabric-double gauze.
Double gauze is often used for baby or children's products, such as bibs, handkerchiefs, clothes, or bath towels. I usually make small bath towels with it and give them as gifts for newborns. If you're interested, I’d love to share how I make bath towels or small quilts-it’s very practical!
Back to the headband. I thought using double gauze instead of a regular sports band would not only absorb sweat better but also keep my hair in place. The size might be a bit loose or tight, but the elastic band can be adjusted to fit different head sizes. I tested it right away during my workout, and I’m really happy with the results! I’ll definitely make a few more to rotate between uses. If you like the idea, let’s make one together!

週一是一星期的開始，今天我要做的是髮帶。我一直想做一個送給自己，主要是因為我平時有空時，喜歡去附近的學校或公園慢跑，有時也會在家裡看劇時進行超慢跑。我習慣用運動髮帶，但這次想換個方式，使用我經常使用的布料--二重紗。
二重紗大多用在嬰幼兒或小朋友用品上，比如口水巾、手帕、衣物、圍兜或浴巾。我通常用它做小浴巾，並當作新生兒的小禮物。有機會再跟你分享一些浴巾或小被子的做法，這些都非常實用。
回到髮帶的主題，這次我想用二重紗來製作髮帶，取代以往的運動髮圈。這種材質不僅能幫助吸汗，還能固定頭髮。尺寸上可能會有點鬆或緊，但鬆緊帶的長度可以依個人頭圍調整。我做好後立刻戴出去運動，這個實驗結果我很滿意窩，我會再多做幾條替換使用！如果你也喜歡這個想法，我們一起來做一個吧！
