Yeah, and also the Ability to switch through his Elemental Books and when he has enough magic then he can unleash an Item Crash witj whatever book he equipped. (Maybe also depending on how strong the attack is, Wind Book and Holy Water or Lightning Book and Cross may require more magic than other combinations

Despite coming from a Japanese franchise, he didn't get in because he's from the west. Lmao
I think it maybe because his moves requires to be charged, meaning you can't move forward and throw a sonicboom or flash kick unlike Ryu or Ken who can do Guile's counterparts while moving forward (QCF and DP motions) He's considered a zoner for a reason. It might be hard to actually make Guile fun, balanced, and true to his original source but I could see it being a possible.
Also while Guile is very American, he was created by Capcom, a Japanese company mind you.
