Ranger Test Drive
These clips were the test drive of the Ranger after the rebuilt transmission was installed. This has been a two year project bringing it back to life and this was the last, large piece to be repaired.

I am going to Kaua'i in Feb 2024 and will be snorkeling at Lawai and Poipu. Never done any underwater phot/video. What did you use? I'm thinking of an underwater case for my iPhone, but a bit nervous about it. Please let me know what you used and how well it worked.
Hello! Thank you for watching! All of this video and my other snorkeling videos were shot using a GoPro Hero11 Black with an $18 FitStill waterproof case found on Amazon.com. Settings for the camera were : 4k resolution 60 frames per second Auto White Balance -.5 EV No lens filters for color adustment During processing the footage, I slowed it down to 60% of the normal speed and that helped with how fast the fish were moving. I ended up with quite a few videos shot with the GoPro from that trip. Waterproof Case Link: a.co/d/aItu3oG

Front shock tower is different then the orignal RC10T on the original trucks they were fiber glass not black.. yours might be painted but the front shock tower is clearly different or after market
No, both front and rear shock towers are original, black fiberglass that they used on the late model RC10T kits. This kit was purchased right before the RC10T2 came out. As far as this particular chassis goes, the only thing that was switched out are the rear tires and the rear shock springs.
@@brendanclark81 yes mine was original also and is black as well. I am in the process of rebuilding mine now because we just got my son one and i want to resurrect mine to see how she runs. i couldn't fine the controller so I ordered the newer Futaba transmitter off Amazon for like $72 bucks. Great truck man.
@@josephrobertfilms7707 they are sure fun! Since this video, we've started getting into the crawler side of the hobby. We still have this one and run it every once in awhile.
@@brendanclark81 Yeah i bought my Associated truck kit in 1995 and has all black arms and towers also.
