Hello. I would like to make this recipe. Do I put the four cups of all purpose flour through a sifter? I'm a little skeptical about the four cups of flour.. I don't want my cookies to turn out cakey. How do you use so much flour without your cookies turning out cakey? Thanks.

@@myoldasskitchen2467 Glad you realize this. Better to have a short and concise video that is put together well that leaves the audience wanting more compared to a long drawn out video that people will want to "switch channels". Lots of beginner YTubers are a bit self absorbed about their videos (that is normal and very common to do so) and hence it is their "masterpiece". When you respect people's time, they will like your channel more.
