Water is about 8 pounds per gallon, so you can expect to have at least 600 pounds of water moving at 60 miles an hour. The impact force will be much higher than those cleats and wood screws can hold.

That car looks very very tired and worn out. Carpet and door cards look manky. The only way that would feel luxurious is if the previous set of wheels was donkey and cart. Needs more than a wash. Needs stripping out and totally replacing door cards roof liner and carpets. Seats can be restored.
