Winter On The Noosa River - Trevally, Jewfish
In this video, I'm fishing in one of my mates tinnys, catching small trevally and jewfish. As the water temperatures have dropped, the jewfish have moved further up the river, and the trevally are more active throughout the day. Enjoy the video.

Catching Small Trevally - Land Based Fishing Noosa
มุมมอง 1.1Kวันที่ผ่านมา
In this video, I'm fishing land-based in the river and on the rocks, catching small trevally. The day started out with heaps of top water hits, but I was unable to land any fish. Then, as the sun came up, I switched over to micro jigs and small plastics, which worked well. Enjoy the video!!! Fishing The Noosa River - What's It Really Like?
มุมมอง 1.2K21 วันที่ผ่านมา
In this video, I'm out fishing the Noosa River, but it's tough. With all the fresh water being flushed into the river, the fish aren't really sitting in their normal spots. The fishing should pick up in the next week once the fish adjust to the change, and some better content should come out. I hope you enjoy the video!! Monster Cobia Caught In Close, On The Sunshine Coast
มุมมอง 1.6Kหลายเดือนก่อน
In this video, I went offshore chasing snapper and sweetlip on plastic and weightless baits but struggled to find them. Luckily, there were plenty of big cobia around, with my biggest being around 140 cm on a 4-inch soft plastic. Enjoy the video!!! Fishing The Noosa River With Lures And Live Bait
มุมมอง 1Kหลายเดือนก่อน
This video is a bit different from the others; the first half consists of a few random clips that were taking up space on a hard drive and never made it into a previous video. The second half of the video is an attempted live baiting video I tried to make, which I had never tried before, but unfortunately not, much was caught. Enjoy the video!! Awesome Top Water Fishing On The Sunshine Coast
มุมมอง 1.6Kหลายเดือนก่อน
Recently, the top water fishing has been really good. In this video, I'm catching a lot of fish on surface as well as plastic. Although the fish are not huge or of great quality, the amount of trevally and tailor around at the moment make up for it. We caught so many that I couldn't include them all in this video. Any questions, please leave them down below. - Follow Me On Instagram @harry_prim...

The Noosa Rivers On Fire - Awesome Session Catching Big Fish
มุมมอง 1.4K2 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video, I start by chasing tuna. I hooked one but lost it. The tuna were playing hard to get, so l dropped my lure to the bottom, hooking a reef shark, which sent a hook deep into my hand. After getting it out, we came back into the river, and the fishing was on fire, getting onto large schools of trevally and tailor. Enjoy the video!!! Any questions, please leave them down below. - Foll...
Fishing Both Ends Of The Noosa River In One Day
มุมมอง 9922 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this video, I'm doing something a bit different. I'm fishing both ends of the Noosa River, salt and the fresh. The fishing was difficult in the salt section, losing a few fish. After fishing the salt section, I made my way up to the evergaldes, where I pulled hooks on a bass, then lost a decent-sized bass boat side. I hope you enjoy the video!! I'll be back after the bass in a future episode...

Thanks mate
Where is the boat from I am looking for one ? Very nice fish btw
Hi, the boat is a seascape frontier 440, seascape was apart of Tabs boats on the Gold Coast but the seascape boats are no longer made, the closest boat to it would be a 440 renegade.
ahh ok mate thanks i’ll look into it
Well done guys and keep up the good content, what weight leader do use in todays video?
Thanks, I’m using 10lb leader and 8lb braid.
What rod is it
Daiwa Td Zero 702lfs
What size rod and reel and what kg is the rod
2500 size reel 7ft 2 rod which is 2-4kg
What size is the reel and the rod
I think I’m using two set ups in this video and there both 2500 reels one rod is 2-4kg the other is 2-6
Nice video what pound leader are you using?
Thanks mate I’m using 10lb
Love the spot bro ! Wish we had more places like this in nz ! Have a peak at some of our missions!
Thanks mate
sweet vid
Thanks mate
What rod n reel?
Daiwa td zero 702lfs with a daiwa luvias 2500
Good stuff mate, i should be heading up in a few weeks and to say I’m excited would be an understatement! These videos get me even more pumped up haha
Haha, thanks a lot, hopefully the fishing is on when you are up here.
if u wanna catch fish noosa is the spot
Really good quality vids and awesome content
Thank you very much
Nice mate, could I ask what your favourite presentations and colours all round soft plastics are?
Hey mate I like paddle tail and prawn imitations and prefer natural colours, what colours do you like to run?
no one notice james a holt in the background
What size boat do you have
4.4m
whats your soft plastic spin setup. great video as always
Thank you mate, I’m using a daiwa luvias 2500-xh with a daiwa td zero 702lfs, works great for me.
keen to see an everglades vid once bass season opens
Yes, definitely in the works, the bass are currently spawning in the salt atm in noosa.
@@FishingPrime yeah fluked a couple between the lakes but should be on up the glades when bass season opens again.
Yeh aha, I’m keen for when it does.
Whats your bait caster set up?
It’s a daiwa zillion sv tw with a daiwa td zero 722mlxb
That spot where u caught that GT at the end, there’s a nice hole just a bit further up river. Have caught a lot of different species there.
Yeh your right, I haven’t fished it in a while have you?
@@FishingPrime I'm in Melbourne but come up once or twice a year. I fish mostly bait in that hole and catch anything from GTs, Bream, Flathead and Grunter. I'm definitely gonna spend more time in Woods throwing plastics around when I'm up there in Jan.
@@smileyface-re7fxoh yeh nice, good luck.
Boat looks like the perfect setup. What is it?
It’s a 440 seascape frontier, with a 60hp merc, 80lb minn kota and a hds 12 live been awesome.
Nice video
Thanks mate
im going noosa tommorrow land based what spot would u reccommened
Probably around the woods bays and bridges
What rod are you using in this video?
Using a daiwa td zero 702lfs
What sounder do you have?
I have a lowrance hds 12 live
Do you like to fish anywhere else or only Noosa ?
Haven’t tried many other places to be honest, done some land based fishing in the other rivers on the Sunshine Coast but never done that well. I plan to fish Mooloolaba and maroochy soon when I can find the time. Got anywhere to recommend?
@@FishingPrime yeah I landed a pretty big golden the other day at moolooaba jigging behind the trollers and then got swooped by like a 60 blue fin And under Maroochydore bridge I hooked up to something massive early morning but busted me off
Oh yeh, sounds like it’s definitely worth a shot
Some good fish there bro nice job the massive thing one sounder looked like it might’ve been a QLD grouper
Thanks mate, does kinda look like one
clearly you haven’t heard of S Tackle
Never heard of it, any good?
nah some chinese shit 😂
Haha fair enough
Are there many sharks in the Noosa river? Like if you would try to catch a shark would you reliable be able to catch them?
Hey Mate, every time i have tried to catch one i always hook one, but certain times of the year they are more active than others, if you have a boat and live bait there's a very good chance you would catch one.
@@FishingPrimeI dont have a boat, I'll try my luck from land :p Do you recon it would be worth it trying from the beaches closer to the mouth?
@@jiridubislav8640definitely worth a go, I’ve hooked them near the dog beach but they have ruined that spot, around the woods bays can be good but lots of things for them to take you around.
@@FishingPrimeGood to know that they are there as well :) Just gotta go out some day and try haha Thanks!
@@jiridubislav8640yeh definitely good luck mate
That’s fucking prime
Nice work, which reef were you at?
Nailin' em lads!!!
Thanks, Mate
what lures?
Holt minnows
You'll get yellow tail kings about the same size in that area as well !!
Look forward to the day I come across one
what size luvias bro?
2500
where were you fishing at?
Good stuff mate
Thanks
Well done Harry nice tail grab on the cobe mate just subbed cheers Paul @thehookandthecook 👍
Great vid mate top day out very cool to get one on the plastic yewww 👍
Thanks mate
Thats a great fight with some big fish. What lb braid, leader and rods
Hey mate thank you, I was using 30 and 40 lb braid with a 30 lb leader, and the rods I was using were a Daiwa TD black Supercasta 7’4 and a Daiwa demon blood pe 2/3 in a 7'3, both great rods.
also im trying to get a new light 2500 setup and was wondering if you have any recommendations preffably under 300 bucks total thanks
Would probably go a daiwa exceler reel and a td black rod something like a 2-4kg would be around 320 all up, just wait for sales and stuff to come up, goodluck mate
@@FishingPrime thanks
hey mate great video always love watching ya was wondering how big your tinny is and what hp motor? have a good one
Thank you very much, it’s 4.4m with a 60
Awesome fishing video 🦈🎣 Many years ago when i was little the family hired a houseboat and we spent a long weekend going up the Noosa River, beautiful part of the world, back then we were not aware of the dangers and were jumping into the river, floating on tyre tubes with legs dangling in the water, we were lucky nothing happened but its certain there was bulls checking us out. Would never do that again.
Thanks mate, there’s definitely more sharks in there than people think.
what braid are you using in this vid
Hey, I’m using 8lb j braid grand
@@FishingPrime x4 or x8

try throwing that cast net at the end of the boat ramp(forgot the name). you’ll get a load of herring for bait
Thanks for the tip mate
hey mate whats the pump thing called that you were using to catch yabbies?
Pretty sure it’s just called a yabby pump or bait pump
Nice effort
Good job
Thanks mate
Another lovely video man keep up the good work.
Thanks joel
Another great vid mate thanks for sharing! Gets me motivated to go have a flick before work seeing whats swimming around....
Thanks, mate, it's always worth a go. Always, when you least expect it, you catch good fish.
Nice video man
Thank you
