the easiest way to get in the military base is neither get a plane to fly in it nor use a ram truck to fly your car in, but by go straight to the side of a random oil truck right next to the military base and the explosion power and your car momentum would blow you into the military base

There is another glitch check which way u enter the car out of and then put that side very close to the military base wall then it should make u go through dat is how I got da tank!
