im coming from a lg 27gp950-b 4k monitor and i have to say this odyssey g6 oled 1440p blows it away in every aspect

30 fps 😆 i'd rather stay on 1920x1080p having 100-150 FPS+ , widescreen sucks

ultrawide is very immersive and cool I'm going for the lg flex oled because i like the fact that i can switch between a curved display and a flat panel

Maybe try testing different settings throughout video such as dlss? As im sure most people are watching these as benchmarks

This is exactly how I run my games, on a 50 inch Super Ultra-Wide, 32:9. My PC is slightly less powerful than what is being run here in the video, a 4080, minus the Super. Wuthering Waves, Genshin, all of my games from Steam, Epic Games, etc. are just Ultra Awesome. This, hands down is the only way to play. I sit back 2 to 2.5 feet from the monitor, so my view coalesces around my vision. For people asking about how the video content in games look here is my answer: The video images fit on a Super Ultra Wide as they are intended. No black boxes on either side of the story content in game and the characters are not blocky, fat or overly thin. Wuwa and Genshin planned exactly for the videos also to run natively on Super Ultra Wide monitors. We end up getting more of the background in our images than what you would see on a squared or standard rectangular monitor. Mine is a 5120X1440. It is effing beautiful to run games on.
