Welcome to my channel! I am so happy that I finally started my very own TH-cam Channel.

Greetings: Helpful. I always shuffle between pressure cooking and raw salad. Few lines. Will try this method too. Bitter Gourd: Value for money for Vitamin C ( 90 percent RDA) Long task with bitter gourd was overdue Wonderful aspects related to skin and overall health sticks in mind like glue 90 percent Vit C and 40 percent Vit A Makes it look like champion on salad tray Bitter taste would be one of the obstacle Vit C getting destroyed by pressure cooking ain't a great spectacle Raw salad form would be the best One can consume along with bread with no bitter discomfort in chest Tamarind and sugar sauce with boiled egg dressing Makes perfect curry and salad for eating Wish the process will not remain due going forward Value for money for Vit C and forever Iam it's steward Wonderful Day

Great vid! 1 question: did you keep the flame on high during the entire frying process or did you adjust it at all? Someone told me my lumpias sometimes burst because my flame is too high. Another said bursting just happens sometimes. Any thoughts on that? Thanx!

Just tried this for lunch today after picking up some bitter melon from farmers' market last weekend. I reduced 5 cloves of garlic to 1 because 5 is an *absurd* amount for such a small dish. I am as much of a garlic lover as the next person but FIVE? I needed to stretch this into feeding two ppl and got the recipe confused with another one that used 5 eggs and increased it to 8 instead of using 2, but it was just fine and you'd never know the recipe called for 2 instead. I blanched the melon and did a few rounds of soaking with new water while making everything else. I thought the melon was pleasant with a celery-in-soup consistency and just slightly bitter, but my gf thought the melon was overwhelmingly bitter. I honestly didn't think so at all but maybe there's some sensitivity variance in there between ppl. She has a better sense of taste and smell than I do and isn't a picky eater, but doesn't do well with bitter. Ymmv. My biggest takeaway was using oyster sauce in a scramble. New cheat code unlocked. I'm going to use it in any scramble from now on. It adds a mild salty/sweet almost umami ambience that pulls everything together into something especially satisfying. We all know scrambles don't even need anything extra to begin with, but our Asian friends are really onto something here. If you don't have access to bitter melon, you could do everything the same and replace the melon with green pepper that you start cooking at the same time as the onion (but use one clove of garlic instead of five, my gosh!), and use as many eggs as you want. But try the oyster sauce in there and be pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the recipe and our intro to bitter melon!
