Casagrande's foundations division specializes in the design and manufacture of hydraulic crawler cranes, machines and equipment for the construction of bored piles and diaphragm walls, drilling rigs for the installation of ground anchors, micropiles, machines for jet grouting and soil investigation. We operate also in the tunnelling field in the design and manufacture of machines for forepoling and we supply batching and treatment plants for grouts and drilling muds.

🚧Currently the Palingeo SpA is working with the Casagrande KHD25 for the realization of the third lot of the ring road east of Forlì.
🛣️It is a single carriageway road 3.6 kilometers long, with 2 tunnels, 2 intermediate junctions, 2 viaducts, 4 bridges, and a whole series of facilities and service rooms. At the moment on site, the B300xp-2 is performing excavation 1200 mm wide and 18 m deep for structures of artificial tunnel.

Al momento in loco, il B300XP-2 sta eseguendo uno scavo da 1200 mm di larghezza e 18 m di profondità per la struttura di un tunnel artificiale.

do you already have some technology to pass on clay soils and not create tires on the wheels?
Wheels’support is equipped with scraper to remove clay. Chain system breaks the clay and avoids “complete tyre”. The machine could be also equipped with particular soil teeth/ teeth layout for the clay soil
