I'm really struggling to see the point in either why this video exists or why it was suggested to me
Some intersections in California have traffic lights similar to this one to reinforce a no turn on red restriction. (At most traffic light intersections in the United States, you can turn right on a red ball after stopping since we drive on the right up here, but most states still make it illegal to turn on a red arrow, just like in Australia.)
